Tangy Red

1 C frozen cranberries

1/8-1/4 red pepper

3/4 C pineapple

1 Comfrey leaf (or kale, if you don’t have comfrey; comfrey is ridiculously easy to grow and great to have on hand)

Handful of fresh mint leaves
